In the test I came out as a D-C and i think that accurately portrays my personality. I'm always thinking of how I could move up in the workplace. I think about what actions would be needed for my employers would recognize my well doings and accurately reflect upon them. In addition to that, I also have the hope to go on my own one day and be my own boss. The "C" portion I believe shows how when given a task I do my best to get it done rather quickly. I try and be organized where I can and this helps with many other parts of my work methods.
I believe this this test could be used in all workplaces and along with an employee's performance for the company, an employer can make an accurate assessment of the long term future of this employee in his organization. Maybe he has the future to become a manager one day.
Yes Jack you are definitely a D-type. When things need to get done we can always depend on you. They wont just get done on time but they would get done right the first time. It is clear that you are very active in dealing with challenges and problems. When needed you are determined ambitious and aggressive. I sensed the C-type in you when you tactfully brought the group together in the lego assignment and confidently raised our moral. It was a pleasure to be your classmate. Good luck in the future.
ReplyDeleteAfter working with you throughout the semester on several tasks, I agree that you are a D-C type person. Your dominance definitely shows in your attempts to get things done quickly and effectively, which was a characteristic that helped our group a lot during activities. In the Lego activity, although you were not the actual named "leader", you were the one who worked side by side with him and directed our group towards our ultimate goal. I also noticed your C-type personality when you delegated important tasks to our group while Raphael was out drawing the Lego building. Although we did not succeed, I think our group did well in working as a team. Best of luck in the future.
ReplyDeleteI don't agree that company should determine one's behavior on the personality test. Some people might hiden charactertic that's show at the personality test but if it does not mean it will be carry out when working.. It's just their thought not part of performance.
